Staff was Amazing! Made some great friends! Rooms were tidy and I loved my view from the third floor. Pool is a wonderful area to hang out at especially with kids so they can see planes come and go. Stayed there for 10 days and it’s so conveniently close to Payless,Subway, KFC, McD’s and gas stations! Laundry room is easy accesible to the guests. The drinks and snacks at the front desk were a godsend for late night snack cravings. I will be sure to come back again!!!

Staff is great, very friendly and polite. Hands up to the few of them I've encountered, MS. SHERRY, MS. AIDA, MR. JAKIN, MR. JOEY, MS. MICHELLE and one young female who I don't recall her name- you guys are all Awesome! The Continental Breakfast is great, awesome if lunch or dinner could be included. Sales of goods, drinks and snacks is good. Prices are reasonable.

The junior suite room we had was beautiful! Staff and management especially a lady hopefully I get her name correct began with S not sure if it was sherry her customer service was amazing. Pool wasn't ready get due to our typhoon/tropical storm we just had but other than that would for sure return with my kids.

The hotel, while modest in size, is clean and has complete facilities. Best part is that it is Filipino owned so all the staff were so warm and kind. I have to mention Kuya Angelo who was my driver from the time I arrived to my return to the airport. I encountered a bit of a problem regarding my flight and he, with the girl at the reception, helped me researched for numbers to call, asked other people for help and were just so eager to assist me. Kuya Angelo also offered to take me to the airline office ahead of time and even let me used his phone to make calls. He was just so genuinely nice. Kudos to the staff of Surestay! These people make the guests' stay a lot memorable. Will surely book again for a longer stay.
